Three Rivers Self Storage

At Three Rivers Self Storage we offer affordable storage units with no contract, month to month leasing. We do not require a deposit. All new tenants will be charged a one time, non-refundable $20 administration fee. We are a cash, check, and money order only facility. We do require all tenants have a valid drivers license at the time of sign up. Our units are not climate controlled, however, we do offer both indoor units and outdoor RV storage. The property is gated and tenants have 24 hour access to their unit via entry gate and set pass-code entry. All buildings are lined with NEW night sensor LED lighting. We do not offer insurance, everything that is stored on our property is at the tenant liability. All tenants are responsible for cleaning out their unit of all belongings. If any belongings are left by the tenant, that tenant will not be able to rent from us again. All units must be returned in condition at the beginning of the lease, including being swept. We DO NOT have a dumpster on the premises.  If you have any further questions, feel free to call (513)941-5578.
